RoadmapForge Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to RoadmapForge, including the dashboard, public feedback boards, roadmap pages, API keys, and webhook features. They are designed as a practical baseline for standard self-serve use of the product.

Using the service

By creating an account, joining a workspace, or using a public board, you agree to these terms.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and use RoadmapForge in compliance with applicable law.
If you use the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you can bind that organization to these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of RoadmapForge after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.

Accounts, workspaces, and public content

You are responsible for your account and for how your workspace is administered.

Keep your login credentials, API keys, and webhook secrets confidential.
Workspace owners and admins control member access, board visibility, billing settings, and integrations.
You retain ownership of the content you submit, but you grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to run the service.
If you publish a board or roadmap publicly, any content posted there may be visible to anyone with access to that URL.

Acceptable use

You may not use RoadmapForge to abuse the platform, other users, or third-party systems.

Do not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, deceptive, or harmful content.
Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, probe vulnerabilities, interfere with infrastructure, or access accounts without authorization.
Do not submit sensitive regulated information to public boards unless you have a lawful basis and appropriate disclosures.
You are responsible for the content collected from your end users through your workspace.

Plans, billing, and cancellations

Paid features are billed through Stripe and may renew automatically unless canceled.

Plan features, usage limits, and prices may change prospectively.
You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the subscription associated with your workspace.
Unless required by law or agreed in writing, fees are non-refundable and paid in advance.
If billing fails or a subscription lapses, we may downgrade access to paid-only features such as API keys or webhooks.

APIs, webhooks, and integrations

Business plan features include programmatic access that requires careful handling on your side as well.

You are responsible for activity performed with your API keys and for securing any systems that receive webhook deliveries.
We may apply reasonable usage limits or change integration behavior to protect the platform.
We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or security incidents caused by endpoints or tools you connect to the service.

Availability, suspension, and termination

We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not provide an SLA under these standard terms.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features if needed for security, legal compliance, or product changes.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk for the platform, or fail to pay for active subscriptions.
You may stop using the service at any time. Workspace owners can delete eligible free workspaces directly from the dashboard.

Disclaimers and liability limits

RoadmapForge is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every integration will remain compatible forever.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the greater of the amounts paid by you in the 12 months before the claim or $100 USD.
